We hate to have unhappy Headonists so if you aren't satisfied with your online purchase for any reason, firstly ensure it complies with our returns policy (see link below) and if it does, then make sure this form is completed with 7 days of you receiving the goods, and the goods are sent back to us straight away.
We must receive the goods back within 14 days, in their original condition with all original labels attached. When returned goods are received by us we will inspect them in line with our returns policy, and once approved we will issue a refund of the purchase price less shipping cost, to the original card the goods were purchased on.
Note there are no refunds provided for sale items, but we do offer exchanges or store credit provided the returns request is submitted within 7 days and we receive the original item back within 14 days of delivery.
