Elsa Schiaparelli at Melbourne Fashion Week

Posted by

Elsa Schiaparelli was one of fashions true innovators, with a short but impressive career between the 1920's and 1950's which boasted collaborations with Dali, arch rivalries with Chanel and commissions for Hollywood's rich and famous.
Amongst all of this she is (arguably) best known for her surreal and elegant headwear, with the "Shoe Hat" made in collaboration with Salvador Dali being one of her most famous legacies.

For Melbourne Fashion Week 2017 we're celebrating this surrealist fashion icon and inventor of "Shocking" Pink, with an exhibition and series of surreal events, including workshops, talks and parties!

Tickets to these events are strictly limited and we'd hate for you to miss out, so come join us for some surreal fun. Scroll down for details!
